Founded in 1846 in Jena, Germany by optician Carl Zeiss, Zeiss has for over 150 years led the way in optical systems, industrial measurements, and medical devices. In 2015 Zeiss entered the wearables and virtual reality marketplace with the Zeiss VR One virtual reality headset. The VR One combines Zeiss' precision optic lenses and your smartphone to create one of the easiest and immersive virtual reality experiences.
